I split my time today between two places: 尋俠堂葡萄酒鋪 in Wenshan District and Chapter One in Xindian. I went all the way to Wenshan because 尋俠堂 kept popping up as a Facebook friend recommendation — there I had two southern Italian wines and a New Zealand wine by the glass, and chatted with the owner, Ms. Yu. After more than a decade in business, the shop now spans 200 pings with a basement cellar, food service, and thousands of wines, which is seriously impressive.
