In the evening, I first went to Maxim’s (my junior) to see the new exhibition he collaborated on with Teacher Baiyu—the mineral-pigment paintings were quite unique. Dinner was Korean food (豆豆里) nearby with Maxim and Jerry; thanks for the treat, junior! Afterward, I met Alice, who recently returned to wine distribution sales, at Teacher Nie Fanxun’s shop; the old location was cramped, but the new one is much more spacious and comfortable, and we opened a bottle of northern Italian Freisa.
