Mr. Liang returned from China and asked me to dinner. I initially wanted to book a restaurant at the newly opened Mandarin Oriental, but both Bencotto and COCO were fully booked until late June. So, I booked L'ATELIER de Joël Robuchon instead, opened by the youngest chef ever to earn three Michelin stars, now in Taipei's Bellavita mall.
