Lately, after regular Thursday meetings in Xinyi District, I've made it a habit to try different sake bars. Over the past three weeks, I've visited seven. Today, near Liuzhangli, the first spot was run by a young, charming owner Abby. Since I was the only customer in the early evening, we chatted over drinks. The second place had a handsome manager and was quite busy. Five cups total today—time to head back!
