After a meeting in the afternoon, I tried a golf lesson at Golf Monsters and met a Japanese coach named Moto. Post-workout and dinner, I visited two sake bars recommended by Ziling. First, at NOMOU SAKEBAR, I chatted with the staff member Venera over drinks. Then, at Shinpaku, the young owner recommended a few sakes to finish with—the final one, Koshimizu from Niigata, was stunning.
