After a meeting, I tried a golf lesson at Golf Monsters and met a Japanese coach, Moto. Post-workout and dinner, I visited two sake bars recommended by Ziling. First, at Nomou, I chatted with the staff Venera over drinks. Then at Shinpaku, the young owner recommended a few sakes to finish the night. The final one, Koshimizu from Niigata, was stunning.
