The Mediterranean Steak House at The Riviera Hotel in Taipei's Zhongshan District is another famous upscale steakhouse in the city. I've tried the now-closed Empire Steak House at nearby Hua Guo Hotel before, and tonight I'm visiting here for the first time. I ordered their most expensive set: a 45-day wet-aged American Kuroge Washu ribeye steak, paired with a good Israeli red wine rated 4.2/5 on Vivino.
