This top-tier wagyu restaurant, originally from Taichung, now has a location in Taipei. We ordered the most expensive set menu (NT$4,400+10% per person) plus two bottles of Italian and French red wine. From Australian 9+ wagyu to Japanese A5 and Matsusaka A5 beef, every dish was bursting with wagyu flavor. Highlights included a hand roll with wagyu tartare and premium sea urchin, and Inaniwa udon with beef shank and truffle-infused egg yolk sauce.
