In the afternoon the Zomma team had a gathering—A5 wagyu all-you-can-eat—and I was so stuffed that I headed over to Brother Shaolin's place in the evening to sit and relax. I ordered a glass of Yoichi whisky, Yoichi white wine, and junmai sake. Tonight was actually my first time properly saying hello to Brother Shaolin; on previous visits there hadn't really been a chance.
