J.W. Teres is named after the first Bulgarian king fascinated by wine, hence the name 'King' by the wine-loving Bulgarian owner, Krastyu. Located in an alley on Siwei Road, surrounded by many high-end restaurants, it offers a menu-less experience where servers verbally describe the day's dishes. It's also the only restaurant in Taiwan that imports Bulgarian wine.
