Bulgarian King Restaurant in Taipei (3rd visit). Had dinner tonight with Manager Liang and Xiao Min—our annual gathering for the three of us, and this is our third time at this restaurant. The Bulgarian owner recommended two imported Bulgarian red wines tonight; one indeed developed richer flavors after 20 minutes of breathing, tasting more robust compared to wines from other countries. We didn't look at the menu and let the chef-owner freely create the dishes. Several of the courses made even my picky self light up with delight.
