Yesterday, I went to Insieme, an Italian wine bar recommended by Leticia, only to find it was booked for a private event. So, I had to end my visit early and head home. To make up for yesterday's disappointment, after a meeting at the World Trade Center this afternoon, I visited two new spots in one go. The first was Tiens le vin, which just opened in June. The owner, Cristal, worked in the wine industry for 15 years before opening her own shop, as she wanted to build a custom temperature-controlled cellar.
