After visiting Taipei Fine Arts Museum, the Rose Exhibition, and Lin An Tai Historical House, plus enjoying delicious mutton hotpot on Chengde Road, we ended the night at Chen*3 Bistro in Neihu. Alex brought three bottles of red wine for a small gathering earlier, and we continued with drinks at this cozy alley bar. Cheers! By Morgan @2021.3.25 night
