Met up with Mr. Liang at JR East Hotel Taipei Nanjing Fuxing for lunch. While I miss the premium beef noodles from the former Regent, their Wagyu beef curry here is also excellent. Paired with a glass of red and white wine, it was a satisfying simple lunch. In the evening, I returned to the area for dinner with senior Lman at Shuo Chang Izakaya.
