In the afternoon, I met up with Kevin, a former colleague from Yuanta Investment Trust, to visit DeFITs and learn about this cryptocurrency fund company's arbitrage products. Kevin used to be the fixed income investment director at a mainland public fund and returned to Taiwan during the pandemic. Recently, he's been responsible for fund listing reviews at a bank. And Taiwan is still so small—it turns out my junior Cindy and Kevin were also former colleagues at Taishin Bank.
