My old classmate from the new Chi Mei company was going to their client Amtran's spring banquet and asked if I wanted to go. It happened to be near my place, and since I hadn't had dinner yet, I dragged Boss Loco along to join the fun. 346 is hidden within the Taiwan Beer factory grounds and is a pretty high-energy venue with performances and lots of foreigners.
