Taipei Yuanshan Station Le Wine Bar by Burgundy Cave. After finishing a meeting in Xinyi District in the evening, I thought about a shop near Yuanshan Station I tried last time but found closed. So I went directly along the MRT Red Line and came here again. This Burgundy Cave is a wine merchant that expanded from Hong Kong. The interior space is quite spacious, and the young staff they hire are all very youthful. Here, I ordered a serving of Burgundy-style braised beef cheek to pair with a Burgundy red wine.
