A last-minute invite from Cory to try a 1994 Bordeaux he bought. At 4 PM, I met up with him and Yvonne, a home shopping host. I booked our spot at Ji Yue Cellar with KC. Yvonne brought her experimental starch-free toast. We went bottle after bottle—the final Alsace Pinot Noir in the shop was stunning. Cory also needed storage for a lot of wine recently...
