This is Warren Buffett's favorite steakhouse in the US, famous for its charity lunches. Even the Taipei branch in Breeze Nanshan is hard to book. I went early on a Tuesday to finally try the 47th-floor restaurant after visiting the floors above and below. The window seat view was spectacular.
