Had lunch with my good friend Sam who returned from the US, and Olen, one of the ETH Taipei speakers. Chef Huang Yilun of Restaurant A previously worked at RAW. Sam got to know the owner's son in the US, so we booked here today. Throughout the fine dining experience, it's clear this restaurant is aiming for a Michelin star—several dishes were quite creative.
