After a busy Monday with meetings and research, I headed to Bottless on Qingcheng Street. The place was packed, and they serve wine on tap—eco-friendly and cost-effective. The menu, designed by a Michelin Plate chef, is solid, and I enjoyed it with a couple of white wines.
