Tonight's dinner with four friends also started because Andy introduced his CMU classmate Jeffery to me, and I then introduced Jeffery to senior Lman. Pat introduced his Cornell classmate Samuel to me, and I also introduced Samuel to senior Lman. The gathering at the one-Michelin-star Cantonese restaurant Ya Ge at Mandarin Oriental Taipei was a result of these intertwined connections.
