Met up with Manager Liang and Ruihong in the evening. They have a Happy Hour from 17:00-21:00: NT$1,200+10% for 2 hours of unlimited drinks on select beverages. I usually lose out on all-you-can-eat, but all-you-can-drink (alcohol) is another story. Within two hours, I ordered three cocktails, one white wine, and one red wine: Passion Martini, Beauty Spritz, and M.O. Sparkle. The atmosphere at Mandarin Oriental is still great.
