Black Bottle in Taipei's Songshan District (5th visit). I was in the middle of vibe coding when I got a last-minute invite for drinks. This time, I listened to Brother Yan share stories about celebrities like Joey Wong, Lan Hsin-mei, Li Ao, Yuan T. Lee, and Morris Chang dining at his restaurant. Tonight, besides Hungarian Bull's Blood red wine, we had Yuichi Japanese whisky and a rare Israeli wine, NANA. Across from me sat Eric, back in Taiwan from the US for a while, heading back in May.
