At a Spanish tapas bar in an alley off Minsheng East Road, Songshan District, Taipei, Alex said he hadn't treated me since coming to Taipei, so we made a last-minute lunch reservation here today. Excluding the cost of the two bottles of Australian and Spanish red wine I brought, we ordered Spanish seafood paella, a US Prime 16oz steak set meal, fried soft-shell crab, squid, red shrimp, salad, scallops, truffle cream soup... Just for the food, for three adults and one child, plus the corkage fee, it came to around 10,000 NTD. Thanks for the treat, Alex. By Morgan @2021.5.9 noon
