Taipei Linsen North 1496 Bar (8th visit). Andrew just got back to Taiwan from Hangzhou today and hit me up, so I brought him to Xiao Hei Ge's place in the evening. The bar was supposed to be closed today, but I messaged Xiao Hei Ge on short notice. He's such a great guy, he actually came to open the shop on a Sunday night. So I also called over my junior Fred who works in the CVC department at Delta Electronics. Taiwan is a small place—Andrew and Xiao Hei Ge know a ton of the same people. Andrew attended the wedding banquet of the son of former Deputy Director of the Criminal Investigation Bureau, also his senior from Taichung First Senior High School, Brother Zhuang, and it turns out Xiao Hei Ge knows Brother Zhuang too...
