I met up with my elementary school classmate Yanjie from Fengyuan at 台北武藏日本料理 for lunch. It's quite amazing—we had lost touch for nearly 30 years. He recently found an old blog post of mine by searching for our elementary school and teacher's name, then looked me up on Facebook to reconnect. Since I often work overseas, we promised to meet whenever I'm back in Taiwan, and today was the day.
