Had a simple and tasty lunch at JR East Japan Hotel after meeting with CEO Liang, whom I hadn't seen in a while. The Wagyu beef curry here is quite good, paired with a glass of red and white wine. In the evening, had dinner with senior Lman back in the Nanjing Fuxing area. The food at Shuo Chang was delicious – both the sashimi and beef short ribs left a great impression.
