Today, Brother Cory invited me last minute to try a 1994 Bordeaux he bought. At 4 PM, I met him and TV shopping host Yiwen. I asked KC at Ji Yue Wine Cellar to book a spot for us. Yiwen brought her starch-free toast bread she's developing. We drank bottle after bottle; the final one in the shop was an Alsace Pinot Noir, which was stunning. Coincidentally, Brother Cory recently needed storage for a lot of wine, so...
