After a morning meeting, running bank errands in the afternoon, and paying respects at Taipei Tianhou Temple, I arrived at Tik & Sip at 4 PM. It just started trial operations in October and is likely the first natural wine bar (or even dedicated wine bar) in Ximending. The entire old building has five floors, housing a community cafe, a small recording studio, and a multi-purpose classroom... it can be used or rented for various events.
