台北雙城街 Tutto Bello 義大利餐廳 is a hidden gem in an alley, operating for over 20 years, right next to the Hua Guo Hotel steakhouse I visited before. Rumor has it it might be awarded two Michelin stars this year. Our bill for two exceeded ten thousand NTD. It's usually packed on weekdays, but today was quiet due to rain and the post-holiday period. The Prime-grade beef was excellent, so we ended up opening two more bottles of Argentine red wine~ Cheers! By Morgan on the evening of Feb 22, 2018.
