For dinner, we were joined by Fred's Hong Kong friends Denny and Sue, plus Paul, at a hot pot restaurant opened by Leon's Hong Kong friend. The owner, Brother Liang, came by specially to greet Leon. Thanks for the treat, Leon! Cheers!
